The Yavapai College Prescott Art Gallery will celebrate the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence with a group exhibition - To Alter or Abolish - on the art of protest, propaganda, and communication in the public sphere.
My pieces "Peace Sells" and "The Right Shot" (Black in Black & White) were accepted by the juror for inclusion in the exhibit. To Alter or Abolish will include art of any medium including painting, sculpture, photography, textiles, ceramics, printmaking and digital art, that explores these essential social actions from historical and contemporary perspectives.
I'm honored to be part of this political group exhibit. To Alter or Abolish will be on view January 23 to February 20, 2026.
The juror for this exhibit is Brittany Corrales, Curator at the Arizona State University Art Museum.
